New Zealand Ministry
coaching troubled youth in another land
Since hosting the first New Zealand Basic Seminar in 1990, the IBLP ministry in that nation has expanded to include not only many more seminars, but also ministry to ATI families, discipleship with delinquent youth, and dynamic community outreach from the Arahina Training Centre.
For these exciting ministries, people with a heart burdened for New Zealand are needed. Opportunities include coaching troubled youth in the Buildcom program, helping with construction and maintenance projects, and supporting the hospitality and neighborhood ministry.
“Since arriving in New Zealand in September of 2004, the
Lord has done such a work in my life. Ministering to troubled
youth through the Buildcom program at the Arahina Training Centre,
I have truly been blessed to be a part of God’s work in
New Zealand.
“Never before had I known what it was to fully trust God, holding nothing back. But having experienced it for myself, I can confidently say that when we hold nothing back from God, God will hold nothing good back from us. His grace is sufficient to sustain us if we would only come to a point of complete surrender to His will.” —Andrew Jorgensen, an Arahina staff member
